A high profile 26m private MY is in need of a temp Deck/Mate in Sydney to take them up until their Whitsunday season, departing Sydney in July
The position is unique in that the crew do not work weekends and there are no overnight trips.
The Deck/Mate will assist with vessel upkeep and will accompany the yacht on day excursions.
If the Deck/Mate chooses they may have the option to accompany the yacht to the Whitsundays where the crew will be living in their own apartments on Hamilton Island.
The Ideal candidate will have previous yacht experience and ca hit the ground running without much oversight.

The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining well-presented houses in a welcoming and organised environment. The role is varied and diverse and includes looking after the properties, animals and vegetable garden. The House Manager will manage a team of 2 and will also work closely with the exterior manager, farm hands and other core principal stakeholders including the EA.
This is largely a non-guest in managerial position as the owner largely looks after themselves when in residence and the House Manager is not required to perform service or concierge duties but should be on standby for any property issues that may arise
Replacing the house manager of several years, the HM will inherit pre built interior procedures, checklists and interior guides
Core days are Monday to Friday with the possibility of afterhours if needing to tend to an issue
