A high calibre 63m Charter/Private MY is on the search for an experienced stew/masseuse to join their professional team.

 

The yacht operates a very high standard and the focus of the vessel is charter, dual season

 

PACKAGE:

 

 

Leave = 45 days annual leave, rising to 60 after 12 months onboard

Flights = x1 annual flight, rising to x2 after 12 months onboard

Medical = Full medical insurance

Tips = Equal share of charter gratuities (we usually do very well)

Crew = Great crew with fantastic longevity, enjoy all activities together, like a family

Start = first week of April

 

PROGRAM:

South of France until we finish our full-boat paint job & 10-year survey, crew living in a villa currently – great work/life balance
Summer Charter Season from June > September ’25
October/November Atlantic crossing to Miami
Caribbean Charter Season ’25/26 & some Owner usage

 

PRE-REQUISTES:

All STCW & ENG1 certs up to date

Ideally a B1/B2 but not a showstopper, we can apply when they’re on board
1-2 years’ experience

Excellent references from previous vessels

Hardworking & go-getter mindset

Well presented & nice natured

 

Masseuse certificates > Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage etc., qualified to provide facials a bonus

It is essential the candidate is confident to provide a medium pressure massage incorporating stretching techniques.

Position Snaphot

 

 

The Deckhand will assist with maintenance and upkeep of a variety of yachts located across Sydney , including:

 

 

The deckhand will assist with washdowns / detailing , along with general upkeep and maintenance.

The Deckhand will have tender driving experience and be able to move the smaller vessels around.

Opportunity to accompany the 80’ MY as deckhand when out on charter (optional)

The Deckhand will work alongside an experienced captain / vessel manager, working directly for the one owner.

The deckhand should enjoy role variety and be happy to tackle obscure tasks, that could include running errands and tending to a property

The role is Monday to Friday , live ashore role and would suit a deckhand looking for land based living

Role will largely be based around Gladesville region but with some travel to Eastern Suburbs and Northen Beaches

Start: Mid/Late March

 

Salary: $65,000-$80,000 AUD + Super DOE
