Are you a sole engineer interested in travelling the Indo/Pacific?

Do you have an interest in either surfing, diving, fishing or kiting?

Position Snapshot

• Start: Feb-March 2026
• AEC minimum (or AMSA equiv)
• $8000 US DOE / month + flights

A private 35m expedition vessel MY is in need of an engineer for commencement in Feb/March 2026

The position is full-time, without a rotation , however addition down time allocated between owner trips.

The crew are energetic and adventurous who have an interest in surfing, diving, fishing or kiting in the various locations they visit.

The position would suit an experienced AEC engineer who genuinely loves adventure and being active on the water.

The captain is also an experienced engineer and would offer a lot of support to this role.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous sole engineer experience
• AEC 1 & 2 minimum
• Trade background (advantageous)
• Strong watersports background
• Technically minded
• Good forward thinking with spares
• Can help manage yard times.
• Preferably located in the Pacific / Aus/ NZ region
• STCW

Start: Feb-March 2026

Salary: $8000 US / month DOE
