A high profile 42m Charter/Private MY is on the search for a captain who has exceptional management skills and who values longevity

Working with the rotation captain of 3 years onboard the incoming captain should be looking to offer a firm commitment to the program and owner

Run with a fulltime crew of 9 the captain should be an exceptional manager, have a good knowledge of both the Mediterranean & Caribbean regions

The yacht maintains an excellent reputation within the industry and is often chartered by repeat clients.

The yacht operates between the Western Med and Caribbean, with focus on charter use with first charter commencing 2nd half of July

The vessel tends to charter hard earlier in the season and sometimes accommodates the owner onboard for the tail end

The vessel has been well maintained and is definitely one of the better charter programs operating within these regions

The Ideal Candidate

Start: Early July with handover, joining Europe

Rotation: 2:2

Salary: Pay will be 12,000 per month for first two months + Tips (due to sort notice) and then go to 10,000 or 11,000 euro (2:2) after trial

A very high profile 60m+ charter yacht is on the search for hands on 2nd engineer to join on a 2:2 rotation for the upcoming charter season and beyond.

The vessel will undertake a busy charter season in the Western Med, before crossing to Florida for the Caribbean season.

Charter is the vessels focus with a few secondary owner trips with tips split equally amongst the crew

The ideal 2nd engineer will have experience in AV/IT and will hail from a trade background.

Must be available for an immediate start and happy to fly the right candidates globally, including Australia & New Zealand

Are you an Australian or New Zealand based deckhand interested in joining an expedition yacht with a Diving & Science Focus?

Rotational Position , 3 months ON, 1 Month OFF + 4 weeks annual leave on top

A very high profile 60m Expedition superyacht is on the search for a Deckhand to join their unique program & team for some upcoming guest trips with occasional research

The vessel is used for a mixture of private owner trips and scientific research.

Past science trips include: deep trench dives in the Indian Ocean & Ocean bed discovery missions in PNG

The Deckhand must be competent on deck, can drive tenders, preferably have hands on experience with maintenance.

Previous Superyacht experience is NOT necessary but time in other ‘hands on’ expedition style programs will be looked on favorably.

Must be professional in approach and understand the hospitality side of working on high profile superyachts.

Rough Itinerary

First half of July – standby on anchor in Darwin

 

Last half of July-  Kimberley/Rowley Shoals usage

 

August – private usage around Exmouth gulf

Late Sept – Late October:  Raja Ampat/Indo

Late October/early November: Indo

Then making way to NZ, January boss trip South Island Milford Sound

Then 3-4 month work period in Auckland

A high profile 40m Private / Charter MY based in QLD is on the search for a rotation chief engineer holding an MEC 3 to join their program.

The vessel operates, twin MTU engines & twin Northern Lights generators

The yacht spends all its time in QLD, being Gold Coast based between February to July and Whitsundays based August to February

The yacht is fine with rotating chief engineers within Australia / NZ region as a preference

Shared cabin / bathroom, fun and active crew, watersports program onboard

Salary: $145,000-$150,000 AUD + Super DOE

 

Rotation: 6 weeks On/Off  OR 4 weeks On/Off
