A very unique house manager role that offers career advancement whilst maintaining lifestyle has become available in Sydney’s north
Replacing the outgoing HM of 5 years + should speak volumes of both the role and the family expectation on longevity and house manager/owner relationship
The family resides overseas and utilises the residence from November to March each year.
The House Manager will be responsible for ensuring their stay is both memorable and that everything at the residence is fully functional.
From organisning flower arrangements to ensuring the water toys / equipment is ready to roll the HM will be highly organised and dedicated to ensuring the family has a pleasant stay.
The residence is home to fine art , interior elevators, high tec equipment, swimming pool, gardens and the HM should be comfortable dealing with trades and contractors.
April to October the family resides overseas and the HM will use this time to focus on house projects and keeping the residence in excellent shape.
The role also has the potential (for the right candidate) to include family representation both in and out of country when they are on trip and therefore may include some international travel.

A unique opportunity has become available for a stewardess to use her transferable skills from superyachts to assist a lovely Perth family in the running of their home.
The House Coordinator will work in a 2-person team (that work split shifts) assisting the family with housekeeping, errands, managing pets, occasional children pick-ups and very basic food prep.
The HC will also assist with basic service when hosting family guests
The residence is located in Cottesloe and there is parking onsite.
The family are absolutely lovely, very generous in nature and are looking to establish a long-term working relationship with their incoming House Coordinator.
The position would suit a yacht stewardess looking for a lifestyle role (with weekends back) and interested in growing with an established family in Perth
The Ideal Candidate
Terms: Fulltime, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with a little flexibility)
Salary: $90k total fixed remuneration
Start: Late Feb/ Early March
