Location: Gold Coast based with national/international travel.

Terms: Full time permanent

Start: ASAP

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 AUD dependent on experience

We are seeking a skilled and organised individual to join our team as a nurse/personal assistant/light housekeeping. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will be working alongside the current Personal Assistant/Registered Nurse to provide care and support for an elderly gentleman. Based mainly in the Gold Coast however travel is a large part of this role. The itinerary for this year so far is New Zealand at the end of January further travel TOC.

Position will also be based between superyacht & residence

Job description

Nursing tasks include:

• Daily obs & skin assessments
• BGL (Libre sensor) & administration of insulin
• Daily head and lower limb massage for circulation
• Application of topical creams
• Monitoring for signs of clinical deterioration and ability to escalate as required
• Weekly medical report for family and treating team
• Assisting primary with mobilisation (SBA)
• Oxygen administration PRN
• Simple wound dressings PRN

Housekeeping/stewardess tasks include:

• Laundry
• Light Cooking
• Food and general supply provisioning
• Deep/general cleaning of home residence (Sydney)
• Maintaining clean footpaths/entry ways at home residence (Sydney)
• Accommodating guests

Personal assistant tasks include:

• Covering co-workers’ days off
• Working alongside co-worker with tasks as required including but not limited to:
  • Booking flights/transfers/accommodation
  • Birthday cards/presents
  • Diary management
  • Booking dinner/lunch reservations
• Assisting primary with TV/emails/zoom meetings
• Attending social events/reservations with primary
• Liaising with co-worker for organising events

Requirements:

• Australian drivers licence
• AHPRA Registration
• Bachelor of Nursing

A unique opportunity has become available to secure a fast-paced EA role with an amazing high net worth principal that will include both global travel & superyacht.

The EA will travel and represent the owner, ensuring a smooth and comfortable schedule.

Tasks will range from diary management, organising bookings, travel arrangements, filtering emails, keeping notes in meetings, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, being thrown last minute tasks, accompanying the principal to superyacht and other engagements

All accommodation, travel & expenses will be taken care of.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience with UHNW (senior level)
• Few commitments ashore and able to travel extensively
• Multilingual (French / Spanish or Italian preferred)
• Can fully commit to a fast-paced schedule
• Highly organised
• Personable, warm-natured, confident but also down to earth
• Degree Qualified (preferred)
• Time on Superyacht in a senior role (preferred)
• Longevity in previous roles

Salary: 9000-10,000 € / month DOE

Leave: TBC- and around owners schedule

Start: Early 2026, Opportunity to meet the principal in December (on 60m+ Superyacht) , if available
