Live in Position* + International Travel

Location: Sydney based (accommodation provided) with extensive national/international travel.

Terms: Full time permanent

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 dependent on experience

Itinerary: There will be extensive travel with the role , Australia (base) to New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, and Fiji throughout November to January, before returning to the Gold Coast for a couple of weeks, then Sydney and over to Europe next year. Some of the role will be Superyacht based and Residence based in Sydney

The Role: We are seeking a skilled and organised individual to join our team as a nurse/housekeeping/personal assistant. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of support to a high profile principal, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will be working alongside the current Personal Assistant/Registered Nurse to provide care and support for an elderly gentleman. Based mainly in Sydney however travel is a large part of this role.

**The position is working alongside another Nurse / PA / Housekeeper sharing the responsibilities and roster**

 

Job description

Nursing tasks include:

  1. Daily obs & skin assessments
  2. BGL (Libre sensor) & administration of insulin
  3. Daily head and lower limb massage for circulation
  4. Application of topical creams
  5. Monitoring for signs of clinical deterioration and ability to escalate as required
  6. Weekly medical report for family and treating team
  7. Assisting primary with mobilisation (SBA)
  8. Oxygen administration PRN
  9. Simple wound dressings PRN

 

Housekeeping/stewardess tasks include:

  1. Laundry
  2. Cooking
  3. Food and general supply provisioning
  4. Deep/general cleaning of home residence (Sydney)
  5. Maintaining clean footpaths/entry ways at home residence (Sydney)
  6. Accommodating guests

 

Personal assistant tasks include:

  1. Covering coworkers’ days off
  2. Working alongside coworker with tasks as required including but not limited to:
    1. Booking flights/transfers/accommodation
    2. Birthday cards/presents
    3. Diary management
    4. Booking dinner/lunch reservations
  3. Assisting primary with TV/emails/zoom meetings
  4. Attending social events/reservations with primary
  5. Liaising with coworker for organising events

Requirements:

  1. Australian drivers licence
  2. AHPRA Registration
  3. Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing
