A high profile 50m private MY is on the search for a professional engineer interested in being based in Europe for 2023 or beyond
The vessel will undergo a yard period in the South of France before undertaking a relaxed season in the Mediterranean.
The vessel is Australian owned but used privately only therefore is flexible on engineering ticket required.
The owner has a reputation for being excellent to work for and maintains good crew retention rates
The yacht is open to seasonal or fulltime, with a preference for fulltime. (no rotation)
MTU engines, well maintained and preference for an up and coming Australian / NZ engineer (highly considered) but will also consider other nationalities based on experience and familiarity in Europe

Salary: 7000 € – 8000€ / month DOE

The Chief engineer will Join a crew of 9 on a 47m private yacht, based on a remote tropical island off the coast of Jakarta with many animals and beautiful nature surroundings. The crew are all mature with their own hobbies who pursue them when not working. The crew are active and enjoy BBQs all together on Fridays, play volleyball twice a week when the boss is not on the island (high profile Indonesian).
Yard periods almost every year to Malaysia Langkawi , and do the odd trip to Bali with the rest of the year doing day trips from the private island.
The yacht will be undertaking a yard period in Langkawi, Malaysia soon before travelling back to Indonesia
The yacht has had an extensive rebuilt on-board systems done in the last few years, including main engines and generators.
In the process of having the shafts installed, new engine mounts and gearbox mounts changed and all reset aligned… the vessel has Paxman (formular1) engines and is very powerful, they are set up to run close to full load for long periods
Engines have just been serviced and replaced all UPIs (injectors).
The yacht will often have guests on board for one or two days on the weekend, occasionally doing longer trips to Lombok and Komodo.
Overall this is very low use program & very little stress in this position
The crew will have use of villa facilities on the island and large swimming pool, as well as the local islands to explore when no guests are on board.
The right candidate needs to be comfortable in an isolated location, and capable, to come up with solutions.
Crew are multi-national, British, Australian, Kiwi & Asian. 9 in total
The successful candidate will:
· Hold a Y3, EOOW or MEC 3
· Will have some previous yacht experience on vessels 40-50m
· Have good technical knowledge
· Can work within a dynamic team
· Good communication skills and record keeping
The yacht is open to candidates of any nationality worldwide however candidates within a short flight of joining will also be highly considered

Salary: $7000 US / Month + flights , medical (paid 12 months)
Rotation: 10 weeks on 10 weeks off
Preference to candidates with a home base in New Zealand, Australia, SA or Asia

A reputable 38m Charter Yacht is on the search for a Chief Stewardess to join their team in the new year
Work hard and reap the benefits, the yacht will be doing a repeat French Polynesia charter season where the crew banked big $$ tips last year (even split)
The Chief Stewardess should be highly professional with previous superyacht Chief Stewardess experience and time on reputable charter yachts
The yacht is couple friendly and will consider a Chief Stewardess partnered with an experienced engineer holding III/3 or Y3
Joining in NZ on the 1st March 2023, the Chief Stewardess will assist with getting the interior ready for the busy charter season ahead, with the aim to be underway to Tahiti Late March
Several charters confirmed & growing with what looks like will be a bumper season
Must be willing to commit to 12 months onboard
