The vessel will undertake a series of both owner trips and high end charters around the South Pacific Islands for the foreseeable future.

The chef will ideally come from a very extensive restaurant background, in establishments that are well renowned or holding Michelin stars.

You will be responsible for providing a wide range of support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will be working alongside the current Personal Assistant/Registered Nurse to provide care and support for an elderly gentleman. Based mainly in the Gold Coast however travel is a large part of this role. The itinerary for this year so far is New Zealand at the end of January further travel TOC.
