Account Executive Sales (Key Responsibilities)
o Engage with prospective and existing customers to identify their specific boat insurance needs.
o Educate clients on available coverage options, policy terms, and benefits to ensure informed decision-making.
o Customize insurance solutions to fit the client’s unique circumstances and preferences.
o Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication, follow-ups, and support.
o Assist with policy renewals, amendments, and other services to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
o Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
o Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other internal teams to support policy issuance and maintenance.
o Ensure all customer interactions, policy documents, and sales activities are documented in the appropriate systems.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the boat and marine insurance market, including competitor products and services.
o Keep abreast of changes in insurance regulations and industry trends to better advise clients and enhance sales approaches.
o Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities to enhance product expertise and sales effectiveness.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Salary: Depending on Experience , Circa: $80,000-$130,000 AUD / Year DOE + Incentives

Position Snapshot
A very high profile 40m private MY is on the search for a professional stewardess to join their team of 7.
The vessel is used every 2-3 months for a 2 week trip , when the owner is in town from their overseas residence.
Any extended trips over the December / January period crew are usually rotated out every 2nd week.
The chief stewardess will lead a fulltime 2nd stewardess across both service and housekeeping, providing an exceptional level of service to the owner and occasional guests.
As the owner resides overseas, vessel trips are known well in advance and therefore very little standby is required, allowing crew to plan their lives ashore.
