A high-profile residence is on the search for a former yacht stewardess to work as their housekeeper / coordinator in Sydney’s North (Castlecrag / Cammeray)
The role will be multi-faceted and will involve everything from general housekeeping duties to house provisioning, coordinating a contractor, pets, house errands and sometimes basic food prep.
While this is multi-faceted residence position the role will largely be 90% housekeeping focused
The role is fulltime 4-5 days / week (Monday to Friday) 8am to 4pm , with some flexibility for the right candidate (open to 3-4 days pro rata)
The position would suit a stewardess looking to go home each night and get her weekends back
The Ideal Candidate
Start Date– April 2026
Salary– $85,000 + Super AUD / Year + $5,000 AUD bonus on 12-month completion

Position Snapshot
The part-time housekeeper will work within a dynamic residence team, supporting the head of house and house manager in the day-to-day running of the residence.
Responsibilities
All areas of housekeeping include but not limited to changing linen, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen & bathroom cleaning
Ensures that the property is maintained to the highest aesthetic and performance standards
Proficient in ironing and laundry knowledge
Proficiency in working with high grade surfaces; wood, leather, furniture, carpet, silver, artwork, antiques
Eye for detail – ensuring everything goes back in the right place, every time
About you
Previous housekeeping experience in private residences or onboard superyachts.
Exceptional eye for detail
Enjoys a fun and professional team environment
Understands the need for discretion
Happy to undergo a background check

Type: Part-time, 25 hours / week
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours / day: 5 hours
Salary: $48 / hour + Super DOE (employed by owner, not as contractor)
