The team largely hails from a superyacht stewardess background and the structure will be similar to that of a very large superyacht, bringing the same high/impeccable standard, but with the benefit of structured hours and no over nighters !

The focus of the role will be predominantly housekeeping but with weekly service shifts and assisting with occasional events and concierge.

Additional house coordinating responsibilities will also be allocated based on experience and background of the candidate

To be successful in this role you should have experience as a stewardess on yachts, Jets or in private residences but will also consider Perth based Candidates with very strong hospitality backgrounds looking to learn

You are open minded to a change of process knowing it will accommodate the household’s need. The Role

You will be reporting directly to the Principals of the family and responsible for the management of a portfolio of seven property assets that cover suburban residential Brisbane, Sunshine Coast Hinterland and coastal Noosa. Management of the properties will require liasing with staff members, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure each property is impeccably presented and available as required – either for paid guests or for the family’s use.

You will be responsible for recruiting and managing the team, which will likely include cleaners and gardeners, all of whom will be working across the properties on a full-time basis.

Working to a budget, you will need to implement scheduling of staff to ensure the properties are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation, whilst the 3.5ha extensive gardens of the 25ha hinterland properties are impeccably kept.

You will be travelling between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast regularly to ensure the team is on track and delivering to the outcomes required.
