Position Snapshot

A unique opportunity has become available for a female chef to be based out of beautiful Japan.

Based close to Hiroshima the vessel will likely relocate in the new year to either Kobe or Osaka, after a brief shipyard in South Korea and will cruise the Goto Islands.

The vessel is owned by a lovely Western family (with kids) who fly in/out to use the yacht strictly for private use.

The program is fairly low use and the chef will most of the time be cooking for the crew whilst in-between guest trips

This is an excellent opportunity to sample life and culture within Japan in a super friendly (English speaking) crew environment.

(would also consider a seasonal 3-month contract whilst the yacht searches for the perfect long term fit who is happy to be based in Japan)

Salary: Good Salary ($US dollars) DOE + Global Health Insurance, 30-40 days leave + return flights
