A very high profile 180’ Expedition superyacht is on the search for a Temp Deckhand to join their unique program & team for a guest trip in PNG
The vessel is used for a mixture of private owner trips and scientific research.
Past science trips include: deep trench dives in the Indian Ocean & Ocean bed discovery missions in PNG
The Deckhand must be competent on deck, can drive tenders, preferably have hands on experience with maintenance
Previous Superyacht experience is NOT necessary but time in other ‘hands on’ expedition style programs will be looked on favorably
Must be professional in approach and understand the hospitality side of working on high profile superyachts
Lots of action in his role for the right candidate and not your usual push the chamois yacht

Are you an experienced stewardess interested in joining an expedition style charter yacht?

Snapshot:
A high profile 113’ expedition motor yacht is currently on the search for an enthusiastic Stewardess to join their active program
Run with the a crew of 6 , the yacht will largely travel the West Coast of WA including the remote Kimberley regions, Coral Coast , Rottnest Island , Perth & PNG
The yacht has a strong focus on water sports, including diving and fishing with guests and owners also enjoying fitness, yoga and personal training.
Stewardesses with an interested in either Yoga or personal training will be highly considered, (not essential)
Ideally the chief stewardess will start in either Gold Coast or Perth to work closely with the owner and refit interior designers to ensure the interior is set up appropriately, purchasing interior provisions before guest cruising.
Candidates should be interested in largely being based on an expedition superyacht in Western Australia with allot of remote cruising time in the Winter months and some oversea travel
2nd stewardess for support when on charter
The successful candidate will have the following attributes: An eye for detail, self-motivated, mature, conscientious, and have the ability to work unsupervised. The candidate must also have at least two season’s service experience on a similar sized yacht, valid STCW, Food Hygiene Certificate and ENG1 Medical Certificate (or equivalent).

Chief, Sole or 2nd stew experience on Superyachts or similar
STCW & Seafarer medical
Preferably some charter experience
Happy to travel off the beaten track
Skilled in both service and housekeeping

Start Date: Flexible Start, Immediate or early March
Salary: $95,000 inc super per annum DOE, monthly/mobile ph allowance , + Flight allowance, insurance, + 6 weeks annual, Normal Statutory sick leave + other leave entitlements
