Joining a high profile 80m + private / charter MY as head chef the successful candidate should have experience on superyachts over 50m in length and extensive restaurant background, in Michelin * level establishments

Cruising Grounds: Worldwide: Europe, Pacific Ocean and Asia

Culinary Preferences: Mediterranean, French/Italian fine dining & Asian Fusion

Start: Early to Mid-May

Join location: Malta

Must have Valid STCW, ENG 1, Ships cook cert (preferred)

Package:

Salary: DOE (Paid in Euro)

Leave: 45 days annual leave, rising to 60 after 12 months on board

Flights: 1 x annual flight, increasing to 2 x annual flights after 12 months

Tips: Equal share of charter tips

Start: April – within the next 2 weeks

 

Program:

63 meter dual season yacht with a focus on charter and some private use. Currently in the shipyard with a late start planned for the med season & crossing to the Caribbean / USA for winter.

 

The second stew position is service focused, I need someone forward thinking and quick on their feet with excellent cocktail making skills. They will have administrative duties and need to be organised and computer literate.

 

Pre-Requisites:

All STCW & ENG1 certs up to date

PDSD

Food Hygiene Level 2

Ideally B1/B2 but not a showstopper

4+ years experience with longevity

Prefer charter experience

Great references from previous vessels

Well presented and nice natured

A very high profile, dual season charter yacht is on the search for an experienced chief stewardess to join their program.

Leading an interior team of 5, the chief stewardess should be an exceptional manager with lots of energy who thoroughly enjoys the fast-paced charter environment.

The chief stewardess should be happy to assume some ships admin as the vessel does not employ a purser.

Operating in the Western Med for summers and between the US / Caribbean for winters.

The Ideal Candidate

Rotation: 2:2 months on/off

Salary: 7000€/ month DOE + Tips

Start: Within 2 weeks, interview immediately

 

Are you an experience massage therapist interested in joining a busy charter yacht?

A high calibre 63m Charter/Private MY is on the search for an experienced stew/masseuse to join their professional team.

 

The yacht operates a very high standard and the focus of the vessel is charter, dual season

 

PACKAGE:

 

 

Leave = 45 days annual leave, rising to 60 after 12 months onboard

Flights = x1 annual flight, rising to x2 after 12 months onboard

Medical = Full medical insurance

Tips = Equal share of charter gratuities (we usually do very well)

Crew = Great crew with fantastic longevity, enjoy all activities together, like a family

Start = first week of April

 

PROGRAM:

South of France until we finish our full-boat paint job & 10-year survey, crew living in a villa currently – great work/life balance
Summer Charter Season from June > September ’25
October/November Atlantic crossing to Miami
Caribbean Charter Season ’25/26 & some Owner usage

Masseuse certificates > Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage etc., qualified to provide facials a bonus

It is essential the candidate is confident to provide a medium pressure massage incorporating stretching techniques.
