A unique opportunity has become available to secure a fast-paced EA role with an amazing high net worth principal that will include both global travel & superyacht.

The EA will travel and represent the owner, ensuring a smooth and comfortable schedule.

Tasks will range from diary management, organising bookings, travel arrangements, filtering emails, keeping notes in meetings, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, being thrown last minute tasks, accompanying the principal to superyacht and other engagements

All accommodation, travel & expenses will be taken care of.

The Ideal Candidate

Salary: 9000-10,000 € / month DOE

Leave: TBC- and around owners schedule

Start: Early 2026, Opportunity to meet the principal in December (on 60m+ Superyacht) , if available

Joining in Fiji the vessel has a busy South Pacific island schedule with several charters booked.

Leading an interior team of 3 the chief stewardess should have a lead by example management style and previous charter experience is a must.

Into the new year 2026 the vessel may head to South East Asia but should return to the Pacific for winter charters
