The Chef should have a diverse culinary repertoire that includes a mixture of Mediterranean and South East Asian cuisines
The vessel is currently chartering in the Caribbean and may cross to Europe for the 2026 season
Above all, the chef must be a humble personality, no big ego’s , non-competitive nature with rotating chef, no nonsense or high maintenance, thoroughly enjoys what they do and working with excellent, like-minded people.
Charter experience would be favourable but not essential, right personality, great food and great with people is the key to this program.

Servicing a private fleet of vessel mostly for day trips the chef should have good flexibility with their days available.
The chef will largely cater for small guest numbers and will be able utilise catering for any higher volume trips.
Some vessels (due to limited galley space) will require some off site meal preparation therefore a commercial kitchen space at the marina will be available.

Personal chef for an elderly gentleman (late 80s) (role is cooking for one) . The Principal is used to eating restaurant-quality meals but is no longer able to dine out due to his declining health. hoping to bring the restaurant experience to him home.
Part time – 3 to 4 dinners cooked fresh (onsite) per week + additional food to be reheated for the remaining evenings
Breakfast/ lunch not required
Typically cooking for 1, but may need to cook for additional people from time to time (e.g. friends/ family members)
Needs to be someone who can communicate well with the elderly client – willing to ask clarifying questions to ensure they meet his expectations.
Chef will need to provision but plenty of available produce and specialty stores in the Darlinghurst Area.
Parking Available onsite, the principal eats dinner early
The principal is flexible which 3-4 days the chef will work and can fit around the chefs schedule (a consistent schedule would be preferred)

The vessel is open to making the position a seasonal or full-time role, would be open to extra unpaid leave between guest trips.

The vessel will do some extensive / off the beaten track cruising and the cook will need to be comfortable provisioning in remote locations.

When guests are onboard there is no expense spared on using only the finest of produce.
With the owner residing overseas guest trips are usually known months in advance, so the crew have very little standby time.
