The Chief Stew works closely with the head chef and owners PA’s to help deliver a memorable experience for the owner and occasional guests (low guest numbers)

The chief stewardess will largely have autonomy in the role to own their own department.

Relaxed crew environment onboard but with a high standard of professionalism with an owner who also enjoys being social with the crew on occasion.

What you will do

  • Deliver Level 1 & 2 white-glove IT support for our Chair, their staff, and nominated executives.
  • Partner with their support teams to coordinate IT service continuity across domestic and international travel.
  • Provide responsive, after-hours and on-call support, including international time zone coverage as required.
  • Maintain and monitor IT systems at private residences, corporate offices, and personal devices.
  • Liaise with IT delivery teams to drive proactive maintenance and issue resolution within SLAs.
  • Manage and track support requests using service management tools and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Support IT project delivery and evaluate software/hardware solutions based on evolving needs.
  • Create concise end-user training materials and documentation.
  • Be available to travel with executives to provide onsite technical assistance when required.
Qualifications & Experience

About you

  • Certificate or Diploma in IT, Networking or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in executive or high-profile environments. (yachts, residences ect )
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of discretion and emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-pressure or sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Proven expertise with:
    • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
    • Mobile device support, international roaming troubleshooting
    • Video conferencing (Zoom Rooms, MS Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex)
    • Network familiarity (Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti is a plus)
    • ITIL-based service management and documentation
