An exciting opportunity has become available for a stewardess (with experience) to join a recently launched superyacht for a series of trips in the Whitsundays & Sydney area.

The vessel is used for relaxed private trips only

The stewardess will be the sole stew onboard so will need prior experience in both service & housekeeping.

The owner will also consider a stew/cook , although the owner is also fine taking care of themselves with the food requirement if the stewardess is not that way inclined.

Salary: (stewardess) $350-$400 AUD / day DOE (regular days)

(stew/cook) $400-$450 AUD / day DOE (regular days)

Penalty rates for major days NYE / public holidays

*Some days like Xmas the crew will not be required.

The stewardess will work within a large interior department of 5 /6 reporting to the HOH & Concierge Manager.

The team largely hails from a superyacht stewardess background and the structure will be similar to that of a very large superyacht, bringing the same high/impeccable standard, but with the benefit of structured hours and no over nighters !

The focus of the role will be predominantly housekeeping but with weekly service shifts and assisting with occasional events and concierge.

Additional house coordinating responsibilities will also be allocated based on experience and background of the candidate

To be successful in this role you should have experience as a stewardess on yachts, Jets or in private residences but will also consider Perth based Candidates with very strong hospitality backgrounds looking to learn

You are open minded to a change of process knowing it will accommodate the household’s need. You are comfortable with domestic animals and can work with a high level of integrity, discretion, and honesty.

You will always work with the household and their guests with the upmost professionalism.

The vessel is used strictly for private use, typically low guest numbers with the occasional high Pax day event.

The owners and crew thoroughly enjoy fishing, diving and being active on the water.

Based out of Western Australia the vessel will cruise the WA coast over the next 12 months with the possibility of the odd international trip.

Previous yacht chef experience is essential however the vessel would entertain a sous chef level candidate wishing to move into a sole / head chef position

An amazing opportunity has become available for an experienced superyacht chief engineer to join a 60m expedition / scientific research vessel that is based within Australia between trips away.

Cruising Amazing destinations like Bali / Komodo , PNG region the vessel also spends time in the remote Kimberley.

The vessel is used for a mixture of private owner trips and scientific research.

Past science trips include: deep trench dives in the Indian Ocean & Ocean bed discovery missions in PNG.

Replacing the outgoing chief engineer of several years the chief engineers counterpart has been with the program for some time also , the vessel’s engineering is in excellent shape , operating 2 X rotation Chiefs, 2 X rotation 2nds and 3rd engineer on a 3:1

The vessel largely operates private when in Australia but also operates commercial when in international waters.

Start: Flexible- Between November and February 2026

The Chief Stewardess will be supported by a lovely fulltime 2nd stewardess who has just completed her first season onboard

What you will do

  • Deliver Level 1 & 2 white-glove IT support for our Chair, their staff, and nominated executives.
  • Partner with their support teams to coordinate IT service continuity across domestic and international travel.
  • Provide responsive, after-hours and on-call support, including international time zone coverage as required.
  • Maintain and monitor IT systems at private residences, corporate offices, and personal devices.
  • Liaise with IT delivery teams to drive proactive maintenance and issue resolution within SLAs.
  • Manage and track support requests using service management tools and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Support IT project delivery and evaluate software/hardware solutions based on evolving needs.
  • Create concise end-user training materials and documentation.
  • Be available to travel with executives to provide onsite technical assistance when required.
Qualifications & Experience

About you

  • Certificate or Diploma in IT, Networking or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in executive or high-profile environments. (yachts, residences ect )
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of discretion and emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-pressure or sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Proven expertise with:
    • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
    • Mobile device support, international roaming troubleshooting
    • Video conferencing (Zoom Rooms, MS Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex)
    • Network familiarity (Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti is a plus)
    • ITIL-based service management and documentation

·          Experience in luxury service, hospitality, or concierge-style roles is highly desirable
