A high profile 43m Charter yacht is on the search for a chief stewardess for an immediate start.
The vessel operates a busy international charter/private program with lots of fun and adventure for the right candidate
Charters are generally heavy on water sports and the crew maintain a very active lifestyle in between trips.
The vessel will be travelling Australia, PNG, Vanuatu and Fiji for 2026
Supported by a 2nd stewardess the chief stew will lead the interior across service, housekeeping and concierge.
The vessel is open to a 2nd or sole stewardess stepping up to their 1st chief stew position.

The yacht operates both Private & Charters and has a mixture of both high and low guest numbers pending the type of trip.
The vessel will be cruising Sydney for the remainder of Summer before heading to the Gold Coast, Whitsundays & Far North QLD
Plenty of time between guest trips for turnarounds and crew down time
The position is live onboard and the vessel has the ability to trial someone (on freelance rates) over a guest trip to ensure it is a good fit for all parties.
The 2nd stewardess should be looking to offer a firm commitment to the program
Working under an experienced chief stewardess, the 2nd stew should be a terrific backup in both service and housekeeping, with a keenness to learn and a positive ‘can do’ personality.
The stewardess should be looking to be an active and social crew member who can emulate the good crew vibes onboard

The yacht operates with a full-time interior of 3 + casuals for larger events, with duties shared across both service and housekeeping.
There is a fun and professional crew dynamic on-board this yacht and the successful candidate must be active, energetic and serious about developing their service skills in the interior
Someone who enjoys a good team environment is paramount & possessing an excellent fun attitude!
The yacht is open to expressions of interest from the enthusiastic mid-level stewardess to the experienced 2nd / chief who has come off larger yachts overseas, looking for more land base living
Salary will be matched accordingly to the candidate’s level of experience.
Being based in Sydney for most of the year , the vessel offers a terrific work life balance, operating at core 5 day working weeks and causals to cover busy periods in Summer.
Itinerary
Based in the heart of the city, the program will involve both short and extended trips around the Sydney Harbour and Pittwater regions. The yacht will occasionally travel further afield 1-2 times per year with the possibility of Whitsundays, Fiji/Tahiti or Pacific region.
Candidates should be ok with doing roughly 2-3 months away each year
The yacht will also consider applicants worldwide who are interested in relocating to Sydney
The Successful Candidate
stewardess experience on yachts, between 1-3 years + (open to all levels)
High standard of service and attention to detail
Impeccable self-presentation
STCW 95 and seafarer medical
Excellent Longevity with proven track record in previous roles.
Great communication skills, able to take direction & work within a small team.
Full work rights for Australia or New Zealand, own accommodation in Sydney

A high profile 33m explorer yacht is on the search for a professional 2nd stewardess to join their team in January under a fulltime contract.
The vessel is owned by a lovely Australian family who use the vessel for remote cruising and who particularly enjoy the top end of Australia.
The vessel is used for private use only with the owners enjoying fishing, snorkeling and exploring in their chase tender.
The family is one of the best you will find and they maintain a terrific relationship with their crew who are encouraged to participate in crew activities and enjoy the locations the vessel visits
The 2nd stew will work under the guidance of the chief stew and will work across both service, housekeeping and occasionally assisting on deck
The position is live onboard, shared cabin with the chief stew.
