A high profile, classic (recent build) Feadship is on the search for a 1st mate to join their professional program
The yacht maintains a permanent base in Sydney for 8-9 months / year but travels out to the South Pacific Islands or Whitsundays
Foreign flagged the yacht is open to candidates with AMSA or MCA certification and is only used within a private capacity.
The vessel has a fun and professional crew who have done their time on superyachts overseas.
The 1st Mate will manage a deckhand (by example) while also acting as a good back up to the captain, assisting with navigation, bridge watches & yachts administration
The owners operate a big budget and the vessel is run appropriately always operating to a very high standard

Salary: €4700 – €5000 / Month DOE + 38 days leave + annual Flights + Full Medical
Start: 15th February 2023 (with handover)

A high profile 45m private MY that is typically based in the Pacific Ocean is on the search for a 1st officer (holding OOW) to join their exciting program
The yacht has a watersports focus, predominantly Diving & Fishing , experience in these areas will be favorable but not essential
Joining in Australia early in the new year, the vessel will cross to the Indian Ocean and has plans to spend most of 2023 in the Maldives / Seychelles
The vessel enjoys off the beaten track locations and maintains a home base in the South Pacific
Plenty of bridge time and sea miles and opportunity to be mentored on drive time
The Ideal Candidate
Start: Mid/End January
Salary: $7000-$7500 US / month DOE + medical + annual flight + 38 days leave + Sundays accrued as lieu
The position usually starts between 7000 and 7500 USD full time. OOW 3000 required.
