An amazing lifestyle opportunity has become available for a yacht engineer interested in doing a 6-month contract in Fiji.
The owner & captain encourages all the crew to get in the water before work, with the odd tender trip for a morning wave before hitting work
The yacht will on occasion be host to some of the pros or former pro surfers, amongst the owner’s own daily pursuits of surfing, spearing and diving around the Islands.
The vessel operates a chase tender that is used for day excursions
The engineer must be highly professional, hands-on and capable of fixing / troubleshooting problems rather than constantly calling contractors.
The Ideal candidate should have prior superyacht engineering experience and preferably hold an engineering ticket around the Y4 / MED 1 level
dual engines, with total power output of 890 kW (1,195 HP) or 2 x 597 HP
Working rights for Aus/ NZ is essential
