The Female Captain will largely be based ashore in the Bahamas and be responsible of a growing fleet of yachts in the 25’ to 50’ range (accommodation & expenses provided)
While the position is largely based in the Bahamas/Caribbean the successful candidate will also be able to join the mothership seasonally operating Caribbean / Europe (3 months)
In the Bahamas, you will be solely responsible for the care and upkeep of the growing fleet, with new yachts being delivered.

The Ideal Candidate
- Yachtmaster or similar
- Excellent Tender captain skills
- Female (female owner preferences)
- Watersports experience
- Can work both independently & as part of a larger team
- Work closely with the fleet manager
- Thoroughly enjoys a role with allot of diversity
- Sound knowledge of basic engineering
- STCW
- B1/B2 visa (yacht can help acquire)

Salary: From $4000 US and upwards + 45 days annual leave (DOE)
