Are you a Deckhand looking to join a new build private yacht for upcoming European season?
Position Snapshot
- PBL 2 or similar
- $3500-$3800 US / Month + 60 days leave DOE
- Travelling France, Balearics , Corsica / Sardinia
Joining a multinational crew for a very good US owner (Cayman Island flag) the Deckhand should be very enthusiastic and serious about progressing their experience on deck (and/or in engine room)
The yacht will travel around the Western Mediterranean before making its way to the states with trips around the Bahamas.
The yacht will be used for private trips initially, but may look to charter further down the track.
Male candidates only , due to cabin arrangements.
The owner also has larger yacht ventures on the horizon which could lead to career progression for the right candidate , willing to progress experience & tickets.
The vessel is also open to candidates with an engineering inclination (with AEC) who could assist the chief engineer as 2nd ( can also assimilate 2nd engineer role into the Bosun position)
The Ideal Candidate
- 1-2 seasons experience on Superyachts
- PBL 2 or similar
- PWC (favorable)
- AEC (optional)
- Good knowledge of yacht detailing products
- Tender driving skills
- Longevity in previous positions
- Will commit to a dual season superyacht
- STCW
Start: End of May/start of June
