Mostly day trips, occasional over nighter or slightly longer by mutual agreement with the captain.
When in dock the captain must effectively manage the vessel, being hands on with both deck / engineering and also giving the interior a weekly spruce.
Additional crew from owners office on trip only, that will cover deckhand/stew and cooking duties.
As the vessel is permanently based in Brisbane and only operates locally the captain must have their own accommodation ashore
