The yacht is run with an experienced crew of 9 and maintains a permanent base on a remote island off Jakarta


The yacht will often have guests on board for one or two days on the weekend, occasionally do longer trips to Lombok and Komodo.


Yard times either in Singapore or Langkawi , Malaysia

The crew will have use of facilities on the island and large swimming pool, as well as the local islands to explore when no guests are onboard, lots of BBQ & volley ball games

Prefer candidates currently within region, Australia/ NZ / Asia.


Not huge sea time in this role but lots of training provided

The stewardess will work within an interior team of 4/5 and will mostly be working back of house, housekeeping , cabin turn overs, inventories and laundry, with some brief exposure to service

Previous Superyacht experience is necessary , 1 season minimum and preferably a hospitality background

The vessel operates along the East Coast of Australia and has firm plans to head to Fiji for winter (around July)

After Fiji the yacht will head to the Whitsundays and down to Sydney for summer

The yacht operates privately only and has a mixture of both high and low guest numbers pending the type of trip.

The chief stewardess will manage and lead a stew/deck who will assist as 2nd stewardess on trip.

After the yard the vessel will travel to Sri Lanka & India and onwards through the Red Sea towards Eastern Europe, onto US and then South America

The stew will work under the guidance of an experienced chief stewardess  (7 crew in total)

There is an active crew environment onboard, crew who enjoy adventures together in the various locations they find themselves in.

Captains will be on a $250/day retainer for 5 days a week Wednesday-Sunday.

(get paid to sit at home)

If there is a trip on Monday or Tuesday, the normal day rate applies.



The Position


The vessel is owned by a high-profile client who utlises the vessel for mostly day excursions around the Perth coast & Rottnest Island.

The vessels are maintained by an excellent management company and professional / experienced stewardesses & deckhands will be provided for each trip.

The vessels are generally busy and the captain can work over fulltime hours if desired , with generally several trips planned each week

Vessels range in size , so captains with drive time on small vessels 15m right up to large superyachts will be considered

An excellent opportunity has become available for a former superyacht professional to provide complete administrative support to the Asset Manager and Project Manager in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment.


Your day-to-day will be based on-site in Coomera as the go-to administrative support for a superyacht refit project. You will also be providing PA/EA support to the Asset Manager, which could require occasional travel (SYD and overseas). Experience/exposure to high-end marine industry or high-end architectural/engineering industry would be beneficial to this role.


Support to the Project Manager includes:

-general project administration

-email management

-attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes

-consolidate and present invoices for approval

-general office administrative duties (ordering and stocking office supplies, etc.)


Support to the Asset Manager includes:

-travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, cars)

-organising deliveries and other personal logistics, liaising with key contacts, etc.

An epic opportunity has become available for an experienced Lead Deckhand/ Relief Bosun with mad water skills to join a state of the art 80m+ private yacht as it pinballs its way around the globe.

The yacht is heavy on water sports and when the crew are not on the clock they are out diving, fishing kiting, surfing whenever they can.

An active deckhand who can fit this crew mould will be highly regarded.

Each crew member generally has an extra specialty and any deckhands with strong fishing skills for this role will also be smiled upon , however open to other skills

Lots of time behind the wheel on tenders & other water toys, and officers are keen to help someone progress to their OOW, happy to sign of tasks ect.


Plus the yacht intends to cover some serious sea miles which acts as a fast track to time needed


The lead deckhand will join in NZ for a guest trip, then after a brief yard time the vessel will cross to Fiji.

The yacht will then cross the Pacific and through Panama Canal towards the Caribbean

Intention for 5 year survey / yard time in Barcelona in January 2025

The Lead Deckhand will occasionally act up as relief Bosun to cover off rotations
