Seeking a Full-Time Captain for a 42m luxury superyacht based in Sydney,

The Role
- Hands-On Operation:Full responsibility for safe navigation, voyage planning, and day-to-day vessel management.
- Technical Excellence:We need a Captain with strong engineering skills (MED 2) who takes pride in the mechanical integrity and “gold-standard” maintenance of the vessel.
- Luxury Service:Beyond the helm, you bring a strong hospitality approach, ensuring a seamless, high-end experience for the owners and guests. [2, 3]
Key Requirements
- Master <45m NC(Compulsory)
- MED 2 Qualification(Compulsory)
- Proven background in maritime operations and vessel management.
- Engineering Savvy:Ability to troubleshoot and oversee technical works.
- Leadership:Excellent communication skills with a focus on crew mentorship and safety.
- Yachting experience (Private or Charter) is highly preferred.
