MYS Superyacht Crew is currently accepting candidates for a 46m S/Y operating in Southeast Asia. The yacht runs an extensive program in Indonesia, the Philippines, and the wider Pacific, often spending long periods away from port.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous large sailing yacht experience essential.
- Active, adaptable, and intuitive, with the ability to operate effectively in remote cruising grounds.
- Comfortable working within a multinational crew environment.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on, team-oriented approach.
- Master 500gt or greater
Any additional skills (such as diving, watersports, or refit experience) would add value to the program
Start: When Found / Available (please specify in application)
Salary: Up to $13,500 US / Month DOE
Rotation: 3 months On / Off (longer rotation essential due to remote cruising schedule)
