A Permanent, Full-Time role for a Stewardess to work within a Domestic Support capacity for a high-profile Australian family, who can ensure the Homestead, Guest suites and staff village are maintained and cared for at the very highest level with the utmost discretion. Sophisticated meal service and accommodation will be provided to the residential family, and their guests, when in residence, ensuring a luxurious and relaxed experience is delivered.

The successful candidate will live and work on a working cattle station in the Pilbara, Western Australia, working around the homestead and guest suites.

Accommodation, Meals and Flights provided for the right candidate.

The Cattle Station is not the primary residence of the family and will be used intermittently throughout the year

For time off whilst on site, adventures can be had in Karratha or Exmouth (3-4 hours drive) or Karangini national park

What You’ll Do

Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected to the highest standard.
Perform a variety of Housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, ironing, washing, dog walking, dusting, and polishing)
Assist the Hospitality Manager with weekly and monthly scope of work.
Provide quality food and beverage service to a range of guests.
Report damages or areas requiring special attention.
Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishing needs as required.
Adhere to commonly accepted health and safety practices, for a private residence

About You

High School completion
Proven experience as a housekeeper
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Customer-oriented and friendly
Food preparation ability helpful
Prioritisation and time management skills
Working quickly without compromising quality
Knowledge of English language
Comfortable around animals
Ability to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate family needs
High energy levels of Integrity, discretion and honesty

Working between a small fleet of private MY that are used for mostly day trips only, the stewardess will work within a broader team to provide an exceptional level of hospitality and service to the owner and guests.

Operating in the Perth region with occasional trip out to Rottnest the stewardess will ideally be Perth based or looking to relocate.

The position would suit a stewardess who has prior superyacht experience, time in Europe or on good Australian programs will be highly considered

Vessels are around the 30m range and are maintained to a very high standard
