Position Snapshot

• $100,000-$120,000 AUD + Super
• Open to candidates in Australia/NZ regions (or can relocate)

A 32m expedition yacht (private) is on the search for a chief stewardess to join their professional team.

The yacht operates a very high standard with most of the crew having done time on high profile superyachts in Europe / US.

The yacht operates from Cairns / Torres Strait, Kimberley (Autumn to Spring)  Gold Coast (yard) and Melbourne (summer)

The Chief Stewardess will be supported by a lovely fulltime 2^nd stewardess who has just completed her first season onboard

The owner is the best you will find, and enjoys adventurous cruising, fishing / spear fishing in beautiful locations

The yacht operates privately only and the owner has an excellent reputation for being super considerate to crew and looking after their wellbeing onboard.

The position could suit an experienced 2^nd stew or sole stew looking to step up to their first chief stewardess position in a very supportive environment

The Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 seasons experience (minimum)
• Hospitality background
• Easy going, no fuss personality, can work well within a small team.
• High level of service & professionalism
• Fun loving , active, adventurous
• Time in Europe or US favourable
• Can effectively lead a 2^nd stewardess
• Working rights for Australia

Start: 27^th October (with some flexibility)

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 AUD + Super , DOE

Annual Leave: 4 weeks

Are you a yacht stewardess located in Australia with a minimum of a season’s experience?

Are you interested in joining a fun crew and cruising the East Coast of Australia?

Position Snapshot

• Trial immediately (Sydney)
• Up to $78,000 AUD TRP (DOE)
• Live Onboard

The yacht operates both Private & Charters and has a mixture of both high and low guest numbers pending the type of trip.

The vessel will be cruising the reef for the remainder of Spring before returning to Sydney Nov/Dec for a busy charter and private season.

Plenty of time between guest trips for turnarounds and crew down time

The position is live onboard and the vessel has the ability to trial someone (on freelance rates) over a guest trip to ensure it is a good fit for all parties.

The 2nd stewardess should be looking to offer a firm commitment to the program

Working under an experienced chief stewardess, the 2nd stew should be a terrific backup in both service and housekeeping, with a keenness to learn and a positive ‘can do’ personality.

The stewardess should be looking to be an active and social crew member who can emulate the good crew vibes onboard
