The yacht runs a relaxed but professional program and offers a lovely balance between time ashore and time at sea.

The position would suit a superyacht or restaurant chef looking for lifestyle balance out of Hong Kong

Experience with both Western & Chinese cuisines essential

The Ideal candidate

• STCW
• 2-5 years’ experience in restaurants or superyachts
• Chinese & Westerns cooking style
• Organised and can keep a clean station
• Can provision accurately
• Enjoys a diverse team environment
• Looking for a yacht with a base in Asia
• Can start early January

Salary: HKD 48,000 ($6200 US / month) , 38 days annual, medical & flight

Are you a stewardess interested in being based in Hong Kong?

A 40m private MY is on the search for a Chief Stewardess to join their professional team
Working within an interior team of 3 the stewardess should have excellent housekeeping, service & leadership skills
As the vessel is permanently based in Hong Kong the stewardess should have a genuine interest in being based in the Asia region
Happy to fly candidates worldwide but Ideally Australian or French nationalities as per owners request for crew dynamic

Are you a Y3 engineer (or equivalent) interested in joining a new program out of Hong Kong?

Position Snapshot

• Y3 COC or equivalent
• USD 9,000 / Month (approx. HKD 71,000)

A lovely 40m Private MY (with new owner) is on the lookout for an experienced chief engineer to join their new program

The vessel will largely be based out of Hong Kong with cruises around Asia & Australasia regions

The vessel offers healthy life balance from time ashore to time at sea

Requirements:

•             Basic engineering, including outboard motors

•             Diesel knowledge

•             General refrigeration and AC

•             Basic plumbing

•             Basic electrical and electronics

•             Troubleshooting

Required Certificates:

•             STCW

•             ENG1

•             Y3 Chief Engineer

•             MCA Approved Engineering Course

Salary: USD 9,000 (approx. HKD 71,000)

Experience: min. 2-5 years

Benefit: 38 days annual leave, medical insurance, repatriation flight
