Are you a culinary trained chef currently in Sydney?

  • Freelance (1 month) or Permanent Part-time (Ongoing)
  • 2 Days / week (during the week)

A private residence in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs is on the lookout for a private residence chef to work either 2 days / week for the next 1 month or Ongoing (preference for ongoig)

Ideally on Tuesdays & Fridays (some flexibility)

The requirements for the Family are quite specific:

1.            Gluten-free

2.            Low-carb

3.            Low-sugar

4.            Unprocessed foods

5.            Meat & fish each twice a week are ok

6.            Predominately veggie based dishes including salads

7.            Pulses are also ok

8.            on a Friday there would also be a requirement to prepare/cook/bake some nutrient-dense snacks for the weekend which may be anything from cakes to seed-based slices to home made dips.

Low guest numbers

Must be ok to get a police check, possess an ABN for invoicing & understand discretion / confidentiality

Rate: $70 AUD / hour
