A high profile 37m Private / Charter MY is on the search for a Lead Deckhand to join their team in the Whitsundays
The lead deckhand will manage one other deckhand and should have previous superyacht experience.
The vessel operates a mixture of both private & charter trip and will come down to Sydney in November for the upcoming charter season.
In 2025 the vessel will likely head to Fiji for the winter
The Lead Deckhand will take charge of a 12m chase tender , although the focus will be looking after the exterior and deck operations on the 37m.
The owner enjoys fishing so any skills in this area line or spear would be advantageous (not essential)

- Coxswain minimum
- Superyacht Experience
- Can lead a deckhand by example
- Good tender handling skills
- Knowledge of yacht maintenance and care
- High level of professionalism
- High level of Discretion
- Can support the captain with bridge watch / paperwork
- Working rights for Australia

Salary: $80,000-$85,000 AUD / year
