Are you an experienced chef keen for a South Pacific program?
Do you have a skill set that can incorporate a broad range of cuisines with a flare for healthy/clean eating?
A high profile 45m private SY (Sloop) is on the search for a sole chef to join their program.
The yacht will have an active South Pacific itinerary with plans for the Americas Cup in NZ early next year.
2021 will be spent sailing the Pacific islands (COVID border restrictions permitting)
The yacht has a watersports focus, diving , kitesurfing , surfing and would like all their crew to be confident in and around the water
Ideally the chef would have 2-3 years experience as a chef on Superyachts (motor or sail) and still be able to perform their duties when underway / ocean passages
The Ideal Candidate
- Superyacht Chef experience
- Culinary Trained
- A PADI dive ticket would be handy
- Broad cuisine range
- Will take care of crew , as well as guests
- Will maintain clean and organised stores / station
- Can provision accurately and remotely, when necessary
- STCW, Seafarer medical
Salary: Depending on Experience (Paid in Euro’s) + Benefits
