A rare opportunity has become available for an executive chef to go land based in Perth in a UHNW private residence
The Chef will work mostly Monday to Friday (split hours) covering the lunch and dinners for a family (2 X principles + adult children) 4/5 covers
The Chef will work closely with the House Manager and team of service stewardesses to ensure the smooth delivery of food service
The Chef would generally be responsible for managing their own hours, arriving to work around 10am to prep for lunch / general pantry provisioning ect wrapping up at about 2pm.
The chef would then return around 5pm to cover the dinner and will conclude work each day around 7pm (ish)
The chef will mostly be catering for 4-5 Adults but will be required for the odd weekend dinner party/function (which is accrued as time in Lieu)
It will also be the requirement for the chef to accompany the owner on his private jet & large superyacht (50m+) which operates within the region
The yacht operates with its stand-alone chef therefore the owner’s residence chef will only accompany on occasion for the larger trips. (acting as Head Chef)
No specific allergies or culinary preference, although the owner does appreciate fine dining foods, fresh / top quality produce & stocks to be managed with minimal wastage.

- Can work a flexible work arrangement
- Can work well with the house manager/chief concierge
- Extremely well organised
- Presentable and happy being front of house
- Full work rights for Australia
