A high profile 55m private sailing yacht is on the search for a deckhand with a strong sailing background to join their professional team
The yacht has a good mixture of nationalities onboard and the deckhand should be able to work effectively in a small but diverse team. (8 crew in total)
The yacht will spend summer in New Zealand and will take part in the Millennial cup in the New Year.
The yacht spends just under half a year with guests onboard, spread throughout the year and will cruise off the beaten track destinations in the South Pacific / Asia, but has a worldwide sailing itinerary
The yacht will consider the keen greeny as long as she/he has a strong sailing background, with lots of dingy racing
Someone close or looking to obtain their yachtmaster would be ideal
The ideal Candidate
- Strong Sailing Background
- Comfortable with Ocean passages
- Some racing experience
- STCW
- 100% English speaking
- Very hands on
- Looking to progress tickets
- Located in the Oz/NZ region for joining

Salary– 2500-3000 Euro/ Month DOE
