A private 30m MY that is based around the Fijian Islands (but currently In Tahiti) is on the search for a cook/chef/stew to join their team.
The yacht is a relaxed family orientated yacht, with the owners flying on every few months to use vessel with a few guests (typically 4-6)
The owners enjoy low key cruising, waters sports (including fishing and diving) with the crew taking an active involvement in the water activities
The yacht maintains a fulltime crew of 3
The culinary preferences of the owners are extremely diverse, and the successful candidate will have plenty of room to try new things and implement a menu that show cases the chefs’ strengths
The yacht will prefer female candidates due to current cabin arrangements
The yacht maintains a permanent presence in Fiji and would suit a cook/chef/stew seeking a slow-paced island life
Being a small yacht, the crew all work across departments and assist each other when required
The Ideal Candidate
• Some Chef/Cook experience on yachts or restaurants
• Some stewardess experience, service/housekeeping (or hospitality background)
• Diverse culinary repertoire
• Enjoys an active, water based lifestyle
• Energetic and fun loving
• Some culinary certificates (not necessarily trade qualified)
• Looking to offer a firm commitment

Salary– $3000-$3500 US / Month
